Effective January 1, 2026, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®), Exhibit 322.2 and the Individual Country Listing for Belgium, to update the Priority Mail Express International® (PMEI) and Priority Mail International® (PMI) insurance limits for items sent to Belgium.
This revision is based on a formal request that bpost (the designated postal operator of Belgium) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 178, dated November 10, 2025.
