Fuel Smarter: Close the PFN Discount Gap and Drive Regular Unleaded Lowest Cost Savings

As the holiday has ended, managers are making steady progress in strengthening the Preferred Fueling Network (PFN). Some fueling locations remain untapped, especially in areas with high traffic. Closing these gaps will help ensure discounts are fully captured and savings opportunities aren’t missed. Trusted brands includes the following:

n 7-ELEVEN,

n Casey’s,

n Circle K,

n Cumberland Farms,

n Racetrac,

n Sheetz,

n Speedway, and

n WAWA.

Recent trends show discount use is rising, and managers are urged to keep reinforcing discount awareness, so every eligible transaction flows through the program.

At the same time, premium fuel use continues to decline, showing that best practices are taking hold. Choosing regular unleaded fuel helps reduce costs and build long-term savings. With holiday deliveries in full swing, every gallon saved makes a difference. Continued participation across all sites will be key to keeping USPS® efficient and on track for greater success in the new year.

For more information about Preferred Fueling Locations, email USPSPreferredFuelingNetwork@usps.gov or go to about.usps.com/who/legal/foia/documents/pfn-locations.xlsx.
