The Postal Service™ requires all managers to complete periodic access reviews in eAccess (eaccess.usps.gov/ords/eaccessnp/sso_std.sso_welcome) and ARIS (aris.usps.gov/identityiq/login.jsf?prompt=true) for their employees, contractors, and applicable special accounts by Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
These reviews help ensure only authorized individuals retain access to USPS® applications and systems, reducing the risk of unauthorized access or data exposure.
If the reviews are not completed on time, users could lose access to the applications and systems included in their review, potentially impacting productivity. Managers will receive emails with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the reviews.
Note: The periodic reviews are required under Handbook AS-805, Information Security, section 9-3.2.5 (see blue.usps.gov/cpim/ftp/hand/as805/as805c9_005.htm).
For more information about the Periodic Access Reviews, go to USPS ServiceNow website at usps.servicenowservices.com/sp by searching for “periodic review.”
