IMM Revision: Availability of Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International Service

Effective May 24, 2026, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®), Exhibit 252.22, to reflect that Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International service (E-USPS DELCON INTL®) is available to the following countries:

n Azerbaijan.

n Bahrain.

n Bosnia and Herzegovina.

n Cameroon.

n Cape Verde.

n Ethiopia.

n Ghana.

n Iraq.

n Macao.

n Mali.

n Mexico.

n Mongolia.

n Morocco.

n New Caledonia.

n Togo.

Additionally, Martinique will be removed from the list of countries in Exhibit 252.22 to indicate that E-USPS DELCON INTL service is no longer available.

[Revise the list by removing Martinique and adding the following fifteen entries in alphabetical order: Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Ethiopia, Ghana, Iraq, Macao, Mali, Mexico, Mongolia, Morocco, New Caledonia, and Togo.]

Although effective May 24, 2026, the Postal Service will incorporate these revisions into the next edition of the online IMM, which is available via Postal Explorer® at pe.usps.com.
