In 2026, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS®) continues a century-long tradition of commemorating international philatelic exhibitions held every decade in the United States with specially designed issuances. This year, the Postal Service™ celebrates Boston 2026 World Exposition, an 8-day philatelic extravaganza that runs from May 23\u221230, 2026, in Boston, MA, with the issuance of six new stamp issues.
The following is the FDOI schedule:
n May 23 — Treasures of the Revolutionary Era (Prestige Booklet), two panes of 10 stamps, with 10 designs.
n May 24 — Stamp Encore contest winner.
n May 25 — American Bison, pane of 16, with 1 design.
n May 26 — Postcrossing, Global Forever, pane of 8, with 4 designs.
n May 27 — International Peace, pane of 20, with 1 design.
n May 28 — North American Soccer, pane of 20, with 1 design.
All USPS ceremonies are free and open to the public. The Stamp Encore issue is exclusive to the Boston 2026 World Exposition during the show but will be available at usps.com and Post Office™ locations nationwide starting June 1, 2026. All other USPS stamp issues will be available at usps.com and at Post office locations nationwide on their issue date.
