In the article “Special Instructions to Request 1776 Declaration of Independence Pictorial Postmarks” in Postal Bulletin 22704 (6-11-26, pages 37-39), the text has been updated to include 62 historic postmarks:
“Customers may indicate which of the 62 historical postmarks they would like applied to their item(s) with The Declaration of Independence stamp applied. The Postal Service™ will process the requested cancellations and return the item(s) to the customer. The 1776 Declaration of Independence pictorial postmark will only be available with the date of July 4, 2026, and requests must be postmarked no later than 30 days after July 4, 2026.”
The following Post Office™ has been added to the list of postmarks extended for 90 days, and grouped together since the artwork and date are the same:

In addition, the following has been added to the Special Instructions:
“Customers who would like to receive hand-back service on July 4, 2026, may attend a first-day-of-issue ceremony for the Declaration of Independence stamp at B Free Franklin Post Office, 316 Market St., Philadelphia PA 19106.”
