Effective November 1, 2026, the Postal Service™ will revise Labeling List(s) L001, L007, L012, L201, and L606 to reflect changes in mail processing operations. Mailers are expected to label according to these revised lists for mailings inducted on or after the November 1, 2026, effective date through the December 31, 2026, expiration date.

Effective January 1, 2027, the Postal Service™ will discontinue publishing Labelling Lists L004, L009, L010, L015, L601, L602, and L605. These lists are no longer being updated, and Mailers should not use these lists for generating labels.
