Exclusion Zone

Except for the indicia and the USPS Facing Identification Mark (FIM), avoid placing graphics or print in the exclusion zone, because they might obscure the legibility of the USPS-applied cancellation mark.

Exclusion Zone. Depth is 0.90 inches from top of envelope to the base of the indicia. Total length is 4.56 inches from right edge of the envelope and contains 2 specific areas.
