Finding missing children

Finding missing children: Have You Seen Me?®

Since 1985, the Postal Service has worked in partnership with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Valassis (formerly ADVO) to reunite families with missing children. Valassis publishes the RedPlum/RetailMeNot circular that showcases the “Have You Seen Me?” photos. The names and faces of 50 missing children are featured in 50 states. It is responsible for the safe recovery of 161 missing children.

You can help. If you see one of these missing children, call the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678).

The Postal Service also disseminates NCMEC Missing Children posters to Postal facilities.
