Vice President, Retail and Post Office Angela H. Curtis

Angela Curtis was named vice president, retail and post office operations in August 2020. Curtis reports to the chief retail and delivery officer and executive vice president. In this role, Curtis oversees retail and post office operations for the nation’s largest retail network including more than 31,000 post offices – connecting and enriching our communities.

Prior to her current assignment, Angela was the acting Vice President Eastern Area Operations. Her previous executive assignments include Manager, Eastern Area Operations Support, District Manager of Mid-Carolinas, District Manager of Baltimore MD and Senior Plant Manager of Northern VA.

A 27-year postal veteran Angela has extensive experience in mail processing operations as a plant manager and in customer service roles including Manager Post Office Operations and numerous Postmaster assignments. Curtis has excelled in multiple performance measurement initiatives and is committed to developing future leaders for the organization. Curtis is also a United States Air Force veteran.

Ms. Curtis holds a Master of Science in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Business Administration from Gardner Webb University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Gardner Webb University. A recipient of multiple Vice President Awards for excellence, Angela is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is also certified as a Microsoft Project Manager.
