Chenise R. LeDoux, Vice President, Retail and Delivery Operations–Southern Area

Chenise LeDoux was named vice president, Retail and Delivery Operations, Southern Area, in February 2025. She reports to the chief retail and delivery officer and executive vice president.

LeDoux is responsible for overseeing retail and delivery operations in 13 districts comprised of 11 states, as well as Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and a workforce of over 124,000 employees. The Southern Area services 49.3 million delivery points from more than 7,000 Post Offices, encompasses 750,000 square miles, and produces $3.2 billion total revenue annually.

In her role as director, Rural Delivery, LeDoux managed the development and implementation of national rural delivery policies. She has also served as director, Level 1 Post Office Support; district manager, Texas 2; acting district manager, Oklahoma and Mississippi Districts; postmaster, Houston and Tampa; and acting executive plant manager in Sarasota.

LeDoux began her career with the Postal Service in 1989 and has over 25 years of managerial experience in the areas of national policy, operations support, mail processing and field operations.

LeDoux has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication with a concentration In Business Administration from Queens University in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan Fellows Program, where she earned her Master of Business Administration. She is a graduate of the Senior Executive Assessment Development Program, Executive Leadership and Executive Foundations Programs, Advanced Leadership Program and Processing Distribution Management Program. She was awarded an Executive Team Leadership award in 2019, the Houston District’s Engagement Leader of the Year award and has received multiple area vice president awards.
