Behind-the-Scenes Media Tour at Postal Service Mail Processing Centers

What:

As part of our 10-Year Delivering for America Plan, over 100 package sorting machines have been deployed and installed throughout Postal Service mail processing centers around the country.

USPS continues to remain on the cutting edge by proactively thinking ahead to provide more predictable service to our customers ahead of the much-anticipated holiday season. Full implementation of our 10-year plan will spur cash flow and savings to make $40 billion capital investment in our package processing network, facility upgrades and procurement of new processing equipment that will modernize operations and better equip us to continue providing world-class service.
