Background:
The Cherry Festival is a long-standing community tradition. The first festival was held on June 5, 1909, when cherry production was so great that San Leandro was dubbed as “The Cherry City.”
The United States Postal Service is proud to participate in this event to help get the word out about our hiring efforts immediately following the event.
Job Fairs will be held in the following locations from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm:

Applicants must be 18 years or older. All applicants must be able to pass drug screening and a criminal background investigation. Some positions require an exam. Any position that has a driving requirement will also require a valid driver license and clean DMV two-year driving history. Citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
