USPS Temporarily Adjusts Delivery, Retail Operations In Lower Florida Keys Due to Hurricane Ian Approach

Key West, FL — The U.S. Postal Service Florida 3 (South Florida) District has announced a temporary suspension¬†of mail delivery and retail operations in the Lower Florida Keys due to the approach of Hurricane Ian. The safety of our employees and our customers is a priority for the Postal Service.

Residential and business customers in ZIP Codes 33001, 33040, 33042, 33043, 33050, and 33051 will not receive mail delivery today, Tuesday, September 27. Also, retail operations temporarily have been suspended at the following Post Offices on this date:

  • Key West Main Office, 400 Whitehead St, Key West, FL 33040
  • Flagler Station, 2764 N Roosevelt Blvd, Key West, FL 33040
  • U.S. Naval Air Station, 4069 Langley Ave Bldg A, Key West, FL 33040
  • Summerland Key Post Office, 24700 Overseas Hwy, Summerland Key, FL 33042
  • Big Pine Key Post Office, 29959 Overseas Hwy, Big Pine Key, FL 33043
  • Marathon Post Office, 5171 Overseas Hwy, Marathon, FL 33050
  • Marathon Shores Post Office, 11400 Overseas Hwy, STE 130, Marathon, FL 33050
  • Key Colony Beach Post Office, 600 W Ocean Dr, Key Colony Beach, FL 33051
