Post Offices Open and Mail Being Delivered Today Where Safe
BARNEGAT, NJ — Mail will be delivered throughout Ocean County in neighborhoods with roadways, streets, and mailboxes that are safely accessible.
Due to power outages, the Waretown and Forked River Post Offices are temporarily closed:
The Barnegat Post Office has temporarily suspended retail service, but will remain open today for PO Box customers to pick up their mail:
The Postal Service is closely monitoring the wildfires throughout Ocean County and where it is safe to do so, delivery service will continue throughout the area. Safety is a top priority and we appreciate customers’ patience and understanding to keep our employees out of harm’s way.
