Effective November 6, 2023, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), in various sections, to reflect a change in the title of Publication 199, Intelligent Mail Package Barcode (IMpb) Implementation Guide for: Confirmation Services and Electronic Verification System (eVS) Mailers.
The title of Publication 199 has changed to Intelligent Mail Package Barcode (IMpb) Implementation Guide for: Confirmation Services and Electronic Payment Systems. Publication 199 is available on PostalPro at postalpro.usps.com.
Although the Postal Service will not publish these revisions in the DMM until November 6, 2023, the standards are effective immediately.
