Effective July 9, 2023, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), section 604.1.1, to reflect an update in Postal Service postage stamp prices and denominations resulting from the Postal Regulatory Commission’s recent approval of Market Dominant pricing adjustments. The standards are effective July 9, 2023.
