DMM Revision: Collapsing Zones — Bound Printed Matter

Effective November 6, 2023, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), in various sections, to implement Postal Service changes related to collapsed zones for Bound Printed Matter.

Although the Postal Service will not publish these revisions in the DMM until November 6, 2023, the standards are effective July 9, 2023.
