Elimination of Priority Mail Express Label 11-B

Effective July 9, 2023, the United States Postal Service^® (USPS^®) eliminated Priority Mail Express^® (PME^®) Label 11-B.

Priority Mail Express Label 11-B

Customers who wish to ship PME items must choose one of the following available payment and shipping methods to create PME shipping labels:

n Local Post Office™.

n Self-Service Kiosks (where available).

n Click-N-Ship^®.

n USPS Ship.

n Electronic Verification System.

n ePostage^®.

n PC Postage^®.

n Metered postage.

Note: USPS will continue to accept PME shipments with Label 11-B until September 29, 2023. However, the label will no longer be available to order on usps.com.
