Effective July 9, 2023, the United States Postal Service® (USPS®) eliminated Priority Mail Express® (PME®) Label 11-B.

Customers who wish to ship PME items must choose one of the following available payment and shipping methods to create PME shipping labels:
n Local Post Office™.
n Self-Service Kiosks (where available).
n Click-N-Ship®.
n USPS Ship.
n Electronic Verification System.
n ePostage®.
n PC Postage®.
n Metered postage.
Note: USPS will continue to accept PME shipments with Label 11-B until September 29, 2023. However, the label will no longer be available to order on usps.com.
