Effective October 1, 2023, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®), Exhibit 292.532 and Exhibit 293.532, to reflect a change in the drop shipment location for International Priority Airmail® (IPA®) and International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL®) mailings from the Los Angeles CA International Service Center (ISC) in Carson, CA, to the Los Angeles CA ISC in Bell Gardens, CA.
This change is based on the closure of the facility in Carson, CA, effective September 30, 2023, and will not affect any other IPA or ISAL requirements.
