Effective October 19, 2023, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®), section 121.1, to align with Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), section 601.6.1, to reflect that USPS-produced packaging is not eligible for shipping mailable dangerous goods or live animals.
