Employees and contractors who have USPS-issued smart mobile devices can access the course now at usps.csod.com/LMS/catalog/Welcome.aspx. You must complete the course by April 14, 2025.
By taking the Mobile Device Security training course, employees and contractors will learn the following:
n Proper security measures to be taken when using their USPS-issued smart mobile devices, such as cellular phones and tablets.
n Policy information.
n Best practices.
n Tools to help in securing their devices.
The Mobile Device Security training course offers you the option to “test out” of the entire course. The course contains a pre-test that covers the topics in the training. You must receive a score of 80 percent or higher to pass the pre-test. If you pass the pre-test, then you have tested out so you will receive credit and do not need to take the full course. If you do not test-out, you must take the full course, pass the end-of-course assessment, and complete the course acknowledgement to receive credit for the course.
Employees and contractors who do not meet the April 14, 2025, deadline will have limited mobile device access (quarantined) until they complete the course.
