IMM Revision: St. Pierre and Miquelon

Effective March 6, 2025, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service^®, International Mail Manual (IMM^®) to reflect the following revisions:

n The country group assignments for St. Pierre and Miquelon.

n The Foreign Office of Exchange Code for International Priority Airmail^® destined for St. Pierre and Miquelon.

These revisions are based on Order No. 8573 issued January 13, 2025, in PRC Docket No. MC2025-424. The order is available on the PRC website at prc.gov.

The Postal Service made similar revisions to Notice 123, Price List, which is available on Postal Explorer^® at pe.usps.com. (See the Notice 123 article here of this Postal Bulletin.)
