Effective April 17, 2025, the Postal Service™ is revising Restrictions I1, I2 for mail addressed to or mailed from military and diplomatic Post Office™ facilities. This is to align Military Mail Restrictions to the prohibitions currently listed in the International Mail Manual, under Individual Country Listings.
The revised Restrictions are shown in this edition of the Postal Bulletin in the Pull-Out Information section under “Overseas Military/Diplomatic Mail” (see page 27).
