The Postal Service™ is revising Handbook AS-701, Asset Management, to highlight the newly implemented policy and process structure outlined within the handbook. This initiative, driven by the Postmaster General (PMG), in collaboration with vendor LMI, aims to streamline and separate USPS® policies from processes. All employees and suppliers are expected to adhere to these policies and processes throughout the entirety of the Postal Service asset lifecycle. The new Handbook AS-701, Asset Management, can be accessed through Policies and Related Documents.
