Effective May 29, 2025, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Cote d’Ivoire in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to request that the mailer provide the addressee’s landline and mobile phone number, if available, on items mailed to Cote d’Ivoire.
This revision is based on a formal request that La Poste de Cote d’Ivoire (the designated postal operator of Cote d’Ivoire) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 79, dated May 13, 2019.
