Effective June 12, 2025, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Togo in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to add an observation about including the addressee’s phone numbers and email address on the customs declaration form or address label when mailing items containing goods and for Priority Mail Express International items sent to Togo.
This revision is based on a formal request that Société des postes du Togo (the designated postal operator of Togo) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 143, dated September 9, 2019.
