It is that time of year again for Postal Service™ employees to do their part to protect critical Postal Service data by completing the mandatory, annual CyberSafe training for bargaining and non-bargaining employees.

By taking this year’s assigned CyberSafe training course, employees will learn how to protect critical USPS® information from cyber threats. The course, “CyberSafe Fundamentals,” provides the fundamental skills and knowledge necessary for adhering to cybersecurity practices and policy to protect USPS electronic information. The training also provides best practices for handling sensitive and sensitive-enhanced information to keep USPS electronic data secure.

Course Availability

The course is available now and must be completed by August 27, 2025, for bargaining employees and September 3, 2025, for non-bargaining employees. Employees can access the course now through MyHR.
