IMM Revision: Elimination of the Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International Service Marking

Effective January 18, 2026, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®), in various sections to eliminate the Post Exprès marking requirement for Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International (E–USPS DELCON INTL®) items.
