Effective February 5, 2026, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®), Exhibit 261.3 and the Individual Country Listing for Lithuania, to reflect that M-bag® service is no longer available to that destination.
These revisions are based on a formal request that Lithuania Post (the designated postal operator of Lithuania) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 201, dated December 8, 2025.
