As of January 2026, the MDC will no longer stock the 11/24 edition for Leave Year 2025. All orders received at the MDC on or after January 2026, will receive the 11/25 edition for Leave Year 2026. However, the 11/24 edition will be available for individual printing from the Postal Service PolicyNet website throughout 2026.
The revised PS Form 3972 is available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website (as is the edition dated November 2024 for Leave Year 2025):
n Go to blue.usps.gov.
n In the left-hand column, click Essential Links, and then click PolicyNet.
n Go to the right-hand side under “Published Forms and Directives,” click Forms, and then click on the range 3000–3999.
n Scroll down to the form entry and click the PDF icon.
