Effective April 6, 2026, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), sections 604.4.1.3 and 604.4.1.4, to update the address and phone number listed for authorized meter and PC (personal computer) postage provider Pitney Bowes, Inc.
This revision will also be reflected in QSG 604c of Quick Study Guides.
Although these revisions will not be published in the DMM until April 6, 2026, this change is effective immediately.
