IMM Revision: Individual Country Listing for Argentina

Effective February 19, 2026, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Argentina in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect that the addressee’s phone number and email address should be included on the customs declaration form when mailing items containing goods and for all Priority Mail Express International® items sent to Argentina.

This revision is based on a formal request that Correo Oficial de la Republica Argentina S.A. (the designated postal operator of Argentina) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 2, dated January 19, 2026.
