IMM Revision: Individual Country Listing for Moldova

Effective April 16, 2026, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Moldova in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect prohibitions and restrictions on various types of foodstuffs.

These revisions are based on a formal request that Posta Moldovei (the designated postal operator of the Republic of Moldova) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 21, dated March 2, 2026.
