This category management center includes the bulk fuel services, which support the Postal Services underground storage tanks (USTs) and the above ground storage tanks (ASTs) located in over 35 sites for Diesel, Gasoline, and Heating Oil. This center also is responsible for the mobile fueling, preferred fueling Network (PFN), and the Emergency Fueling contracts.
