Effective January 2025, the Postal Service™ will revise Handbook EL-903, Agreement between the United States Postal Service and the National Postal Mail Handlers Union, A Division of the Laborers’ International Union of North America, AFL-CIO, to reflect the 2022–2025 contract agreement between the Postal Service and the National Postal Mail Handlers Union (NPMHU).
Although the Postal Service version of the 2022–2025 contract agreement will not post online until January 2025, with the print version to be published as soon as possible next year, the new agreement became effective September 21, 2022. The NPMHU version of the 2022–2025 agreement published earlier this year.
The Postal Service will publish the revisions in the next online edition of Handbook EL-903, which is available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website:
