If your Outlook toolbar looks a little different, here’s why:
To improve how ACE users report phishing emails, the “Report to CyberSafe – Security” button was replaced with the new “Report to CyberSafe — PhishAlarm” button. This update is part of the Corporate Information Security Office’s enhanced security strategy.
When you click the PhishAlarm button, the reporting tool quickly analyzes the message and takes one of several actions based on the risk level. Users will receive a follow-up email confirming what was found.
If you don’t see the new button, restart Outlook.
Remember, reporting a suspicious email is important for strengthening the Postal Service™ defenses, one click at a time.
