Effective March 5, 2026, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Saudi Arabia in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to provide more clarification on the prohibition on narcotics and psychotropic substances.
This revision is based on a formal request that Saudi Post (the designated postal operator of Saudi Arabia) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 8, dated January 26, 2026.
