IMM Revision: Individual Country Listing for the Republic of Turkiye

Effective October 3, 2024, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for the Republic of Turkiye in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to revise the observation for the customs duty exemption limit and the customs duty rate when mailing certain items to the Republic of Turkiye.

This revision is based on a formal request that Turkish Post PTT (the designated postal operator of the Republic of Turkiye) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 127, dated August 19, 2024.
