Effective July 9, 2023, the Postal Service™ revised Notice 123, Price List, to reflect price changes to certain Competitive International Services, as established by the Governors of the Postal Service. New prices are posted under Docket Number CP2023-151 on the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) website at prc.gov.
This article provides the International Extra Services and Fees price changes for the following Competitive International Services:
n International Certificate of Mailing.
n International Registered Mail®.
n International Return Receipt.
n Customs Clearance and Delivery Fee.
New prices are located on the Postal Explorer® website at pe.usps.com.
International Extra Services and Fees: The Postal Service prices for certain Competitive International Extra Services are as follows:
n Certificate of Mailing service: Fees for Certificate of Mailing service are as follows:
n International Registered Mail service: The fee for competitive international Registered Mail service is $20.25.
n International Return Receipt service: The fee for competitive international Return Receipt service is $5.65.
n Customs Clearance and Delivery Fee: The competitive Customs Clearance and Delivery Fee per dutiable item is $8.30.
