IMM Revision: Individual Country Listing for Spain

Effective August 24, 2023, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Spain in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to provide a prohibition and a restriction for certain items mailed to Spain.

These revisions are based on a formal request that S.E. Correos y Telegrafos S.A., S.M.E. (the designated postal operator of Spain) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 49, dated March 27, 2023.
