Effective November 14, 2024, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Kenya in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to include certain addressee information on every item destined to Kenya.
This revision is based on a formal request that Postal Corporation of Kenya (the designated postal operator of Kenya) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 144, dated September 23, 2024.

3. Postal Corporation of Kenya (the designated postal operator of Kenya) requests that the mailer display the addressee’s post office box, post office name, town, and if available, telephone number, on each item addressed to Kenya. This information assists Postal Corporation of Kenya with delivery.
