766.1 General Procedure
[Revise the text to read as follows (revising the retention period from 5 days to 15 days):]
Post Office facilities must hold international mail items for pickup by the addressee for 30 days. However, inbound Express Mail Service items must be returned to the sender after 15 days, unless the sender specifies fewer days on the piece.
