Effective February 9, 2025, the Postal Service™ is updating the following Postal Service (PS) Forms:
n PS Form 8125, Plant-Verified Drop Shipment (PVDS) Verification and Clearance; and
n PS Form 8125-C, Plant-Verified Drop Shipment (PVDS) CONSOLIDATED Verification and Clearance.
The Postal Service is:
n Simplifying the parcel processing categories by revising the machinable processing category and consolidating Irregular and Non-machinable processing categories; and renaming it “Nonstandard Parcels”. The updates in these forms will include the following:
n Removing Irregular Parcels.
n Removing Nonmachinable Parcels.
n Adding Nonstandard Parcels.
n Eliminating the DFSS Entry Discount in Section 14, because this discount was eliminated by the January 22, 2017, price change.
