On December 19, 2022, legislation to designate the Post Office building located at 4744 Grand River Avenue, Detroit, Michigan, as the “Rosa Louise McCauley Parks Post Office” was signed into law by President Biden. This legislation was introduced in the United States House of Representatives by Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib.
