Delivering for America Postmaster Makes History

Frances Paulino, Postmaster of Staten Island

What:

In the two years since the United States Postal Service advanced the Delivering for America 10-year plan, it is evident things are paying off through both improved delivery for the American people – and through the history-making appointment of Frances Paulino as Staten Island Postmaster.

Frances Paulino becomes just the 11th U.S. Postmaster of Staten Island and the first Latina to serve in that role.

Postmaster Paulino is now responsible for administering postal operations for around 500,000 Staten Islanders. She is supported by over 600 employees who provide retail services through 13 locations and deliver to more than 161,000 residential and business delivery points across the borough’s 58.5 square miles.
