Chester Post Office Looking for City Carrier Assistants

Opportunity to Work Local for Most Trusted Government Agency

CHESTER, PA - The Chester Post Office, 400 Edgmont Ave., Chester, PA 19013, will hold a job fair on May 19, 2023, from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. The Post Office is seeking City Carrier Assistants, which pays $19.33 an hour.

There is something to be said for a job that enables you to work locally,” said Paul F. Smith, spokesman for the Postal Service. “Short commute, no tolls, and you get to meet everyone in your community. If you like the outdoors, boy have we got the job for you.”

To assist potential applicants, USPS personnel will be onsite at the job fairs to provide detailed information about current positions available. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
