Mountain City Post Office, 216 College St., 37683 — Resumed normal operations. Retail hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to noon. Drop shipment hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday, 7 a.m. to noon. Bulk mail entry unit hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Retail hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. Closed Sunday. Drop shipment hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Closed Sunday.

Hartford Post Office, 3603 Hartford Rd, 37753 — All operations remain temporarily suspended until further notice. Alternate location: Cosby Post Office, 4402 Hooper HWY, 37722. Retail and drop shipment hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to noon, 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Customers are reminded to bring proper photo identification for mail and package pickups.

There will be no change to delivery services, however, any left notice parcels or letters will be available the next business day at the Mountain City Post Office Parking Lot Mobile Unit. PO Box Mail will be available for pick up after 11 a.m. Retail hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to noon.

Drop shipment operations for the Mountain City Post Office and Trade Post Office have been moved to the following alternate location:

  • Elizabethton Post Office, 216 College St., 37683, 901 W Elk Ave, 37643

Drop shipment hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Operations at the following facility is temporarily suspended:

Operations have been moved to the following alternate location:
