Effective September 21, 2023, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Venezuela in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect additional prohibitions.
These revisions are based on a formal request that Instituto Postal Telegráfico de Venezuela (IPOSTEL) (the designated postal operator of Venezuela) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 144, dated August 21, 2023.
