Register Today for the 2023 Small Business Symposium “Made in the Carolinas” on May 24

CHARLOTTE, NC — The United States Postal Service is hosting a small business symposium on Wednesday, May 24, to give local small businesses and entrepreneurs the opportunity to network with business leaders and learn more about community resources such as the Charlotte Area Chamber of Commerce.  

“We are excited to host this year’s Small Business Symposium in Charlotte, NC,” said Vice President of Marketing, Sheila Holman. “Small business entrepreneurs are essential customers of the Postal Service, and we want to create meaningful opportunities across the country, starting in Charlotte.”

The “Made in the Carolinas” event will feature insights and education from Postal Service officials and local members of the business community about how to help small businesses grow.

Highlights of the symposium program include:
Interactive panel discussions and success stories with local small businesses.

  • Resource session hosted by Charlotte Area Chamber of Commerce, and the local Postal Customer Council
  • Special insights on how to become a supplier to the Postal Service especially for small-, minority- and women-owned businesses
